The last book that I chose to review from Blogging For Books was Green Smoothies, written by Fern Green.

I was very intrigued by the book to begin with as I’ve always liked the thought of having a daily smoothie to boost health. However, I’ve never really been a fan of making them as I just never know what to put in them, and what benefits certain ingredients have for my body.
