Just a quick review post for today! I got this Dead Sea Mud Mask through the mail last week from InstaNatural for review purposes. I was fairly intrigued as I’ve never actually used a proper mud mask. I’ve only ever done the peel off cucumber style masks before and the oatmeal one from Lush!

My First Influenster VoxBox #FrostyVoxBox

A few weeks ago, I received my first VoxBox from Influenster. Influenster is a social review site, where you can write and search for product reviews. I have found it quite useful when buying certain things. I will always have a quick look on Influenster to read the product reviews. Reviews are completed on just about anything; shops, makeup, beauty products, food, appliances etc. If you write reviews on here, you are awarded with points that go towards certain badges. The more points, badges and tasks you do, the more likely you are to get a questionnaire to see if you are suitable for a product testing VoxBox. Sharing reviews on social media also helps too…the more followers you have across the board increases your social impact.

Instanatural Cream Review
After I reviewed my first set of InstaNatural products, I was sent the above creams to try out and review. I really enjoyed the facial products and they are still part of my skin care routine, so I was more than happy to try out some more.
Instanatural Product Review #1
I was recently given the opportunity to review 3 products from Instanatural. As with make-up, I tend to go in and out of different phases with skincare products; sometimes I don’t use any, sometimes I try and use everything available and sometimes it can be a mixture. For the last few months, I have only been using make-up wipes to clean my face before I get into bed. I can hear you all telling me off now….I know what I should use, I just don’t because it’s quicker to use a make-up wipe!
The Price of Beauty
Over the years, I’ve had periods of buying different kinds of beauty products; budget, expensive, organic & handmade. Each time I try these different products, I either like them or I don’t. I suppose I go through phases of using them and find I want to switch for no clear reason. I’m not sure why I do this, I just do!
Just as we left the UK, I had fallen into the habit of buying the same products and even brought a couple of month’s supply of make-up over to the States with me. I like using products that I know I like. I sometimes get a bit nervous of change, especially when it comes to make-up. Am I going to be too pale? Do I look like an Oompa-Loompa? Will it dry out my skin? anyway, a lot of questions are asked!
So… I ran out of my UK supplies and needed to buy some more make-up. We are also in the process of trying new beauty/skincare products that we have never had access too. As much as I would love to spend $10 on a designer hand soap and body wash, we are trying to spend as little as possible at the moment. The following products are my favourites of the ones I have tried so far and I wanted to share them with you! Some are available in the UK too 🙂
