I was recently sent this Maxasorb B12 Vitamin B12 Cream from Vita sciences to test out!  I was firstly drawn to it because it helps soothe dry, itchy, or irritated skin patches from eczema, psoriasis, or other skin rash.  Now I don’t have eczema, psoriasis or any other skin rashes BUT I do have really dry hands, especially over Winter.  The cream also helps anti-aging, supports the renewal of healthy skin cells, reduces appearance of wrinkles and moisturises skin.

A Mask of Dead Sea Mud
Just a quick review post for today! Â I got this Dead Sea Mud Mask through the mail last week from InstaNatural for review purposes. Â I was fairly intrigued as I’ve never actually used a proper mud mask. Â I’ve only ever done the peel off cucumber style masks before and the oatmeal one from Lush!
Sketch by France Belleville-Van Stone
I’ve never really been able to draw. Â I can copy images quite well if they are in front of me but my freestyle drawing is quite honestly pants! Â Proportion is my biggest problem. Â People will have one leg bigger than the other, animals won’t have the right sized bodies and buildings are always a little bit on the wonky side. Â However, I do really enjoy drawing. Â I’ve always wanted to take a sketch book and some pencils, sit on a bench overlooking a gorgeous landscape and draw away for hours. Â I’ve got the sketch book and pencils but I haven’t made it out of the door with them yet!
The Paleo Chef – Easy to follow, East to cook & Easy to eat!
