Christmas Jumpers & a Day Trip to Dauphin Island

Both sets of parents and my brother came to visit for Christmas.  It was busy but nice to see them.  Even though we Skype them almost every week, it’s much better to see them in person and give them a good old hug.  It was our first time cooking for them all and it actually went pretty well.  I only burnt the pigs in blankets!  All the men donned Christmas jumpers and Sam had an extra special hat.

We had many days out but I only took my camera out for our trip to DauphinIsland. I have blogged about Dauphin Island before but this time we went to a different part of the beach. We climbed on rocks and looked for oysters. We found a dead shark 😦 and then moved on to exploring Fort Gaines. It was a day enjoyed by all. 🙂
