Sunday Sevens #76…or a few photos on a Tuesday!

This last week has been crazy busy! A couple of weeks ago I put a few application in for some local part time jobs that were available. Last week I went through the interview process and started my new job! Woohoo! As I was whizzing here, there and everywhere…I completely forgot to take the photos so here are a few I’ve fumbled together

1. I ate the last packet of cheese & onion crisps from my box ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I made the most of the experience and made my favourite meal.

2. Little Buzz had his stitches out and proceeded to be extremely cuddly for a few days.

3. Of course, Maisy then wanted to be a cuddle bug!

4. On Sunday we went to a boat show – I enjoyed looking at the boats that cost twice as much as our old house; the ones with bars & saunas in! My absolute favourites were the ones that were mint green ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Yes, congratulations on starting your new job. Your pups are going to miss you. Mine did while I was working away from home. But, It’s nice to get out and about with other humans once in a while. Your last bag of crisps made me smile as I send ‘care packages of chip dips’ to my son who lives on the other side of the world. He said that his last supply should last him a year. You may have to send out a wish list for more.

    1. Thank you! yes I think they will miss me, and I too will miss them…that’s why I’ve only gone part -time! I’m very tempted to order more crisps but I’m going to have a break from them for a while, the problem with having them in the house is that I can go through quite a few bags in just one day!

    1. Yes! You must try it with just crisps on their own! Yum! I also LOVE crisps on top of pasta dishes, especially tuna pasta bake! Thank you for the congrats ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. Buzz seems absolutely fine now! Despite him licking the wound on the first day he was home (making it really pink/sore!), he’s healed really well. It was just difficult to keep him calm in his kennel, he just wanted to play all the time :-/ I’m sure Hugo will be fine, let me know how it goes!

    1. You must try a chip sandwich Abi, though cheese & onion crisps aren’t readily available over here in the US…I do like a sour cream & onion chip sandwich as a substitute!

  2. Have fun at your new job. Crisps in a sandwich is an essential element especially the crappy packed lunch ones I get when working on the yachts.

  3. The boat show sounds fun! Did you wear something nautical?! Buzz looks like a very cuddly little boy โค๏ธ very pleased for you about your job, and looking forward to hearing/seeing what you splurge your staff discount on!

  4. Congratulations on your new job! Those poor doggies, having their mom away–no wonder Buzz is extra cuddly. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Ah yes, the last of the Walker’s Cheese and Onion Crisps is a sad day . . . .

  5. Westies are great! They are both westies but both have very different coats, bodies and personalities. We had another when we lived in Sheffield, who was also completely different; she lives with Adam’s parents now. Mr Hicks would love a westie puppy friend! ๐Ÿ˜€

Let me know what you think...
